Wilson & Company worked with the Incorporated County of Los Alamos to develop and facilitate a Short-Term Rental (STR) community input process that incorporates best practices to manage STRs, regulate operators, and offer recommendations on a code compliance operational plan. Ben led the public and stakeholder engagement process, which includes creating and maintaining a project website (see homepage in image below), conducting a public survey, and virtual and in-person public and stakeholder meetings.

As of September 2024, Los Alamos County has not adopted a short-term rental ordinance.
